Danielle Olivia Mengue Me Nkoulou

Born in France to Gabonese parents, Danielle Olivia Mengue Me Nkoulou’s journey embodies the beauty of diversity and the strength found in embracing one’s unique heritage. Growing up in a spiritually diverse family, she encountered both darkness and light at a young age, developing an early awareness of the spiritual world.

From an early age, Danielle was drawn to music, art, history, human behavior, and the pursuit of truth. Her educational journey reflects the diversity of those interests. She pursued studies in Arts Appliqués in France, Sciences Économiques et Sociales in Africa, law, and music, including Études Musicales (DEM). Her continued interest in psychology, philosophy, theology, and human behavior has also deeply influenced the way she teaches, writes, counsels, and develops people.

However, Danielle’s pursuit of truth was not simply academic. Her search for spiritual understanding led her through difficult and sometimes dark places, yet she continued searching for light. In 2011, during the birth of her son, she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ, beginning a journey that would transform the direction of her life.

She devoted herself to studying Scripture and theology while serving in different areas of the Church, including media, worship, translation, evangelism, leadership, prayer, and discipleship. These years of service helped develop her understanding of ministry, people, leadership, and the responsibility of carrying the Gospel.

In March 2021, Danielle was ordained as a pastor, embracing the calling to teach, disciple, equip, and care for people.

Today, Danielle is the founder and president of Lighthouse Is Home, a ministry and church created to be an extension of Jesus’ mission on the earth. Through prayer, biblical teaching, discipleship, care, outreach, and spiritual formation, Lighthouse Is Home exists to form sons and daughters of God who walk in the nature, authority, truth, and transformation of Christ.

At the heart of Danielle’s ministry is a desire to see people encounter Jesus, be transformed into His image, discover who God created them to be, and understand what He has called them to do. Her work brings together biblical teaching, discipleship, spiritual formation, the renewing of the mind, healing, and an understanding of human behavior.

Danielle is also an author and teacher. Her writing allows her to take complex spiritual principles and communicate them in ways that invite people to examine their inner lives, understand spiritual realities, and return to the truth of Scripture. Her published work, Spiritual Warfare, explores the spiritual battle beyond outward manifestations by examining the soul, the mind, identity, truth, healing, and the believer’s responsibility to mature in Christ. Her continued writing and teaching expand into subjects surrounding the soul, spiritual formation, identity, relationships, discernment, healing, and transformation.

Her ministry also includes Titus Women, an initiative created to form and equip women through biblical truth, discipleship, spiritual maturity, and practical development. Through conferences, teachings, conversations, and continued discipleship, Danielle desires to see women become whole, mature, discerning, and firmly established in Christ.

Beyond the pulpit, Danielle remains deeply interested in psychology, philosophy, human behavior, and pastoral care. She continues developing her understanding in these areas with the long-term desire to contribute to Christian counseling, spiritual curriculum development, and resources that address both the spiritual and internal formation of the individual.

Creativity has remained an important part of Danielle’s life and calling. As a writer, musician, speaker, and creative, she sees art not simply as expression, but as another language through which truth can be communicated. Whether through writing, music, visual concepts, teaching, or storytelling, her creative work seeks to illuminate the nature of God and communicate truth in ways people can understand and experience.

Danielle also carries a strong desire to develop others. Through Lighthouse Is Home, she seeks to raise and equip disciples, artists, worship leaders, evangelists, teachers, pastors, prophets, and other believers called to serve the Body of Christ. Her desire is not simply to gather people around a ministry, but to help form people who can mature, understand their responsibility in Christ, and eventually pour into others.

Her work as a pastor, author, teacher, speaker, and founder ultimately comes back to one central pursuit:

To know Christ, to become like Him, and to make Him known.

For Danielle, ministry is not confined to a pulpit. It is the formation of people, the communication of truth, and the faithful building of whatever God has placed in her hands.
